By accessing and using the Still Here app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Still Here is a wellness check-in app that allows users to confirm their status daily. If you don't check in within the configured time period, the system automatically notifies your registered emergency contacts via WhatsApp or SMS.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
4. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Emergency Contacts
By registering emergency contacts, you declare that you have obtained consent from these people to receive notifications from the app. You are responsible for keeping contact information up to date.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Limitations
Still Here is not a medical emergency service. We do not replace emergency services like 911 or local emergency numbers. In case of a medical emergency, always call the appropriate emergency services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app or by email.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
